Web 1:  Complete uploading of Password project (PowerPoint converted to a web page).  Test on your arpamaster.com account.  Start DW1 project by creating a folder and file, add a link to your master home page and upload, test.

Intro to Business:  Read sharpschool announcment, view video and respond to forum question on Outsourcing.  Work on EverFi lessons

Webmaster 1:  Online Lives -- setting a secure password.  Take notes in PowerPoint, export as a web page, and upload to arpamaster (complete upload and test Tuesday at beginning of class).  You can view the PowerPoint information at mrssanchez.com, online lives lesson.

Web 1:  Log onto SharpSchool and follow the directions in the announcement.  Then upload your index.html page to your arpamaster site.

Web 1:  Practice with SharpSchool --messages and forums.  Intro to Dreamweaver.  Set up a site and create an index.html page.

Web 1:  Complete NVu Choice Project (anchors) and place in shared folder.  Work on Chapter 1 Reading guide (see NVu section of web page for assignment).  Read the book and answer the questions on quia.

Intro to Business:  Complete forums in SharpSchool MyClasses, and work on everfi personal finance unit (online at everfi.net).

Introduction to Business: Guest speakers from First Interstate Bank. If the guest speakers finish before the end of class, work on everfi.net.

Web 1: Work on the MyChoice project. If you are finished, begin the Chapter 1 Reading Guide (see mrssanchez.com in the NVu section). Read each group of pages and answer the questions on quia.com -- these are linked from the assignment page.

Web 1:  Using Nvu to create web pages using WYSIWYG web page creation software.  Formatting text, creating links, inserting images, etc.

Intro to Business:  Fiscal Policy review and forum questions -- SharpSchool.  Discussion of tracking economic indicators, look at Bureau of Labor Statistics page, use inflation calculator.

Tuesday, October 6

Web 1:  Complete District Assessment 5.1 quiz.  Create folders to store handouts, grade sheets, etc.  File folders in classroom file.

Intro to Business:  Complete Forum topic on Monopolies, oligopolies.  In-class discussion of fiscal policies, government policies to protect competition.
